Greetings from the Allegheny Wesleyan College PR department! We are so excited to announce to you some Christmas Giveaways! However, before we just into the Giveaways, I want to share a brief devotional with you. Following this week, there will be three more devotionals followed by the recipients of Christmas Giveaways. Throughout these four weeks, I am going to touch on the four topics of Advent. The Advent for this week is focused on hope.

Before the Birth of Jesus, there had been approximately 400 years of silence from God. Everyone living in that time frame lived their life without any new revelation from God. Then, one night in Bethlehem, this silence was completely shattered by the birth of a little baby. This was the birth of Jesus. The one who had come to bring deliverance. For 400 years, nothing but silence from Heaven. No doubt many people were losing hope. However, on that night, hope sprang to life through the birth of Jesus. Young people, this is the same hope we have today. A hope in Jesus that we can live with Him for all eternity.

Now, getting back to the Christmas Giveaways! Giveaways will occur on December 3rd, 10th, and the 17th. Registration is required to be eligible for giveaways. Click here to register.
