With the New Year comes a new semester at AWC. Every spring, we hold our annual phonathon where we try to raise funds to make it possible for students to attend AWC. This year’s Phonathon has been a busy and fun time as students have been calling donors of and preparing letters to send to our support base. The goal for this year is to raise $30,000. Last year our faithful giving family helped us reach a record of funds for a Phonathon, and we are grateful for all of the sacrificial giving of our people. One of our favorite parts of Phonathon is the opportunity to help carry the burdens of our friends across the country. Every Phonathon, students record prayer requests that are mentioned by people who are called and often spend special times of prayer with people who are hurting. Once again, we would like to interact and pray for those who support the mission of AWC: to effectively prepare young people for service to God, His Church, and all with whom they come in contact.
